Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Operate basic functions of operating systems and ensure smooth hardware functioning
- Assemble and configure computer equipment to meet company and project specifications
- Configure, install, and manage network systems, including network devices
- Plan and manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Set up CCTV systems for monitoring and ensure their efficient operation
- Manage the environment settings for information equipment, ensuring they are ready for operational use
- Install and maintain network security systems, including firewalls and other preventive measures
- Perform data backup and recovery operations, ensuring no data loss
- Oversee server website management and ensure its maintenance
- Ensure organizational management of IT assets and maintain an orderly system
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in hardware and network management
- Strong knowledge in operating systems, network configurations, and security systems
- Hands-on experience with server management, data recovery, and CCTV installation
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and IT infrastructure
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
