Job Description

The incumbent should be capable of devising the course curriculum for various courses on Garment Manufacturing Technology being offered by the center, responsible for organizing Intensive Industry Programmes, Undertaking Projects and consultancy, Placement Services, Admission of Students and promotion of Institution etc. The incumbent must be a well accomplished academic professional, self-motivated, committed and experienced with strong communication, presentation and analytic & good administrative skills, ability to work in teams and in diverse

environment with strong computer skills.

Master’s Degree in the branch of Textile/ Garment Manufacturing Technology or equivalent with 7 years teaching experience in a reputed Garment Technology Institute in India or abroad & 5 years professional experience at Senior Management level in garment exports industry.

Degree in Science with a minimum of 10 years teaching and (administrative) experience as Head of Department / Sr. Profile of a Vocational Institute imparting certificate/ diploma/ degree courses in Textile Designing/ Garment Technology. The incumbent should have at least 3 to 5 years experience of running an important/ reputed teaching/

training/ research institution.
