Job Description

1. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
3. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
4. Responding to customer in a professional manner.
5. Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
6. Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
7. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.

Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Fashion Designing
A minimum of 1 year experience working in a retail environment

Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
