After becoming a trusted name in sports, Sportskeeda branched out into esports, given how esports had developed into a serious and competitive industry of its own. The next step in our evolution was covering gaming and esports at par with other traditional sports.

Once we got into esports and gaming, it didn’t take us long to realize that our audience sees sports – both traditional and new age esports – as a part of the larger pop culture universe. We saw it as a unified ecosystem where the lines between sports stars and movie stars, between streamers and digital influencers and between TV shows and games are blurred, to the point where it is difficult to say where one ends and another starts.

Sportskeeda has steadily expanded its scope over the years, while also broadening its audience demographic. Today, Sportskeeda offers a wide range of content across a variety of fields – from exclusive stories and current events coverage to expert analyses and behind-the-scenes reporting.
