Job Description

Purpose of the Job

Impeccable execution of the visual merchandising guidelines in all Biba stores in his region

 

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

Process Responsibilities

  • Preparation and submission of weekly store makeover reports
  • Preparation of half yearly stock count report of all display materials in the region
  • Tracking of competitive displays near the stores in the region
  • Has the authority to change focal point locations and window focus displays if the stores requires it

 

People Management Responsibilities

  • Assistance in
  • merchandise presentation training of operations team
  • Can train store staff directly

 

Financial Responsibilities

  • Can purchase VM signs, graphics, and other assets locally for amounts less than Rs5000 per store post VM Head approval

The candidate would have to interact and manage the following stakeholders

Interacts with VM vendors

 

In order to be considered for the role the ideal candidate should have:

Up to 2 years as store manager

Preferably from fashion/apparel brands

 

Education:
B.Des. in Any Specialization
