Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction while coordinating with our production department. Your passion for the fashion industry and expertise in relevant software will help us deliver outstanding service and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
Coordination with Production: Collaborate closely with the production department to communicate customer needs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Product Merchandising: Assist in merchandising products for the front end, ensuring a visually appealing presentation that aligns with brand standards.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing improvements as needed to enhance the overall experience.
Reporting: Use Excel to track customer inquiries and feedback, generating reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Design Support: Utilize Photoshop and CLO3D to assist in visual presentations, product mock-ups, and other design-related tasks as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support promotional initiatives and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, CLO3D, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
