Fashion Retail Sales Manager at Projekt Street in Mumbai, Maharashtra

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Manager cum Stylist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Sales of our retail store while bringing a keen sense of style and fashion expertise to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall sales and inventory of the retail store, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with founders to ensure product availability.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organized store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs, building a rapport for retaining customers.
• Offer personalized styling advice and guidance to customers to ensure a positive & enhanced shopping experience.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation.
• Act as an in-store fashion expert, providing insights on current styles and coordinating outfits.
• Create attractive displays and window arrangements to showcase merchandise effectively.
• Assist the store manager with online order and its packaging.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Sales Manager with a focus on fashion and styling.
• Excellent communication skills, customer service abilities and self-driven.
• In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and styling techniques.
• A creative eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions: This position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
