Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expected to host training runs every day, which can be 5-15 km per day. To enable effective training runs.

2. Responsible to grow the run community and actively engage with the WhatsApp community.

3. As the key NITRO product expert, he/she is expected to help runners with technical insights on the shoe.

4. Run Champ is expected to lead and assist with on-ground events like:

a. Shoe trial sessions (in-store and out)

b. Panel discussions

c. POTM in apartments, and office complexes

5. Actively interact and ideate with the run pod team to figure ways to enhance runner experience.

 

Skill Requirements:

  • Passionate about running, running gear, growing running as a sport in the country. Also passionate about encouraging people towards fitness.
  • Comfortable in interacting with community.
  • Comfortable in English
  • Expected to be a running expert, with understanding of different types of runs, warmups, cool downs, and fitness routines. PUMA will provide a 7-day training program and a handbook, but the Run champ should already have a starting point in running and should be willing to learn.
  • Should have run a 10K under 1 hour or half marathon in under 2 hours (continuous measurement)
