Job Title: Senior Product Manager- eCommerce Storefront
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of our eCommerce storefront. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a roadmap that supports the overall business objectives, including driving revenue, enhancing user experience, and optimizing conversion rates. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to execute on the roadmap, and ensure successful product delivery.
About Purplle Product Team:
Purplles product management team is responsible for building technology products that form a comprehensive e-commerce platform. This involves user interfaces that are intuitive and seamless across all stages of the consumer journey. Product Team also constantly strives to build a differentiated unique beauty buying experience for the customers, which involves working on features such as beauty assistant, personalized search and recommendation features. As a lean team, every individual in the Product and Technology team is responsible for making a significant impact on business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for the eCommerce storefront, with a focus on revenue growth and user experience optimization.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and product enhancements on time and within budget.
- Conduct user research, analyze customer behavior, and gather insights to inform product decisions and prioritize development efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of the roadmap, including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Define and monitor key product metrics to measure the success of the eCommerce storefront and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the company, including leadership, engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management in an eCommerce environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful eCommerce products and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineering and design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
