Candidate Should be fluent in Kannada Language.

 

Candidate Should have experience in Garments Industry

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing New Style & Giving Guidelines to Checking, Ironing ,Packing supervisor,
  2. Ensuring only quality goods are packed
  3. Meeting the production targets
  4. Internal plan of finishing and smooth flow of material in the department
  5. Close monitoring and control of supervisors and workers
  6. Responsible for production and quality of outgoing goods
  7. To ensure on time shipments
  8. Responsible for inspection of goods & documents required for inspection
  9. To analyze defects that are found in finishing and give daily feedback to the batches and inform the same to factory manager to enable rectification in batches
  10. Make sure the implemented systems run smoothly in the floor
  11. Style Wise Manpower Setting & Control
  12. Solving The Critical Problems in finishing.
  13. Giving The Quality of finishing According to the Buyer Requirement.
  14. Monitor the production activities of the section so as to ensure order completion is done as per plan
  15. Make the plan for the section to run the production as per of delivery schedule.
  16. Take necessary action on the issues based on the production reports
  17. Monitoring and controlling the absenteeism of the operators
  18. Helping the HRD in controlling the turnover of the employees
  19. Co-ordinate with other Department Heads or Unit Heads to fulfill the order requirements.
  20. Make sure the implemented systems run smoothly in the production floor
  21. Give the required feedback to the Higher Management
  22. To ensure proper coordination between planning, cutting, sewing.
  23. Coordination with concerned Buyer QA regarding quality requirement of an order
  24. Shall approve any changes in the style in coordination with merchandiser / buyer QC in Sampling.
  25. Reviewing the Process performance of the Finishing Section
