Job Purpose

The role of Warehouse incharge will be responsible for handling end to end transportation, dispatches, reverse logistics, reverse pickup for the Apparel Warehouse in Guwahati to enable business objectives

Key Responsibilities

Manage Billing and Payment of Vendors/3PL.
Experience of Warehousing in the Apparel industry.
Submit bills/Agreements/Supporting documents to finance along with Monthly provision.
Resolve/Manage warehouse related queries from Sales Channels.
Customer complaint solution within TAT.
Analyzing returns quarantine stock based upon the source and nature of damage.
Knowledge and experience in SAP mandatory.
Returns follow up with 3PL and ensure the same is moved to fresh stock for billing on priority.
Warehouse SLA Tracking and Monitoring
Warehouse Process & Safety Audit.
Advanced knowledge of Excel is very much desirable.
Complete knowledge of Order Flow – Billing – Dispatch in SAP
Inventory monitoring and control will be an important responsibility.
Providing regular reports on Inventory aging and non movable stock so that necessary action can be taken.
Complete accountability of the damage stock lying in Warehouse received from the various Sales Channels.
