Role & responsibilities:

• Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join our fashion retail company.
• As the Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and creating the assortment for your particular category,
• You will be responsible for developing innovative and stylish designs that resonate with our target audience
• Drawing inspiration from physical samples and other brands. Your role will involve overseeing the entire design process,
• from initial inspiration to final sample approval and the creation of production tech packs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create the assortment for your particular category, 
• Draw inspiration from physical samples, fashion trends, and other brands to develop innovative and stylish designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, sourcing, and production, to ensure design
• Concepts are effectively communicated and executed.
• Oversee the entire design process, from initial sketches to final sample approval.
• Create detailed tech packs for production, including measurements, materials, and construction details.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for production.
• Maintain a strong creative vision and ensure the brand’s aesthetic is consistently reflected in all designs.
• Mentor and provide guidance to designers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Designer in the fashion industry.
• Strong creative vision and excellent design skills.
