Data mapping from the booking packing list for booking and from final packing list into the planning chart for Invoice creation & tracking
E-Booking submission in forwarder’s/buyer’s portal and booking amendment (Qty, Ctns, volume or handover date revision)
Tax Invoice creation in the Spandan as per final packing list and checking the PO price, address, etc
Commercial Invoice creation and supporting documents preparation
Commercial documents upload in forwarder/buyer’s portal or hard copy documents submission (courier to the buyer/buying office or forwarder office)
