Position: Store Manager

Location: Mumbai, Khargar (Candidates within a 10-12 km radius preferred)

Salary: 20K – 30K/35K (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Jewellery Sales: Manage daily operations and drive sales in the store, specializing in jewelry products.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service with strong communication and convincing skills.

Inventory Management: Maintain and manage stock levels, ensuring proper display and availability of items.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate store staff, ensuring adherence to sales targets and company standards.

Sales Strategies: Implement strategies to increase store footfall and conversion rates.

Reporting: Prepare sales reports and collaborate with management on business strategies.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience as a Store Manager in the Fashion industry is mandatory.

Skills: Excellent communication and convincing abilities.

Location: Preference for candidates located within a 10-12 km radius of Khargar.
