Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements across all allotted factories / facility
Implement and lead QMS for manufacturing process and routine work , R&D ,VAS and Wear house.
Corelation exercise review from finishing to needle point.
Qc and checkers evaluation, for further training needs.
Review and monitor CTS wastage to improve on OTS.
Process validation for necessary amendment in SOP base on business need base.
Review Continual Improvement process at all levels
Review and Monitor VPR (Vendor performance report) for fabric and trims .
Review and implement 5s procedure, ensure respective stake holders give necessary training to department members on 5S .
Submission of objective evidence for CAP closer to respective factory QAM.
Review of monthly objective monitoring sheets.
Review on control of records.
Review TPM preventive maintenance records(MTTR/MTBF).
Review on needle point audit (Needle control, NDL Replacement and broken needle procedure)
Metal detection and sharp tool policy.
8D/RCA/fishbone analysis review by respective line supervisor/QA.
Audit on shop floor visual management system.
Induction Training (QMS Awareness) to all Freshers. Planning and scheduling QMS audits
Preferred candidate profile

Critical problem solving
Good analytical knowledge
Statistical analysis
Good communication skill
Good command on excels and PowerPoint
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 3-6 Years
