Job Description

Establish and maintain new customer relationships, ensuring that desired process effects are achieved.
Oversee the development of garments, including size sets, TOP, measurement pilot runs, and samples.
Secure washed approval from buyers following sample submissions.
Execute a variety of washing techniques based on seasonal trends and buyer proposals.
Lead research and development initiatives for garments, focusing on innovative developments aligned with current market trends.
Develop production-friendly and cost-effective washing processes.
Ensure the timely completion of all tasks with a strong emphasis on first-time quality.
Foster teamwork, coordination, and effective communication across all departments.
Guarantee on-time delivery of all products.
Strong technical expertise in denim washing and dyeing processes.
Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
A dedicated and hard-working individual with a commitment to excellence in their duties.
Good knowledge and experience in dry processes.
Experience working with various companies and brands.
