Job Description

Roles and Responsiblities:

• The role holder will be responsible for conducting Quality checks for the concerned garment category assigned to him / her.
• He / She will need to prepare a Spec and technical sheet for the desired garment reflecting how it will be constructed along with the measurement chart, the niti grities, the desired fit, the final look, etc.
• He / She must be aware and possess good knowledge of garments category and fittings.
• The role holder will be required to check the size sets and provide comments & suggestions.
• He / She will be responsible for the Garment Fitting and tech pack development and will be involved in all steps right from the initial stage till finalization of the pre production sample and proceed with the final approved sample as per internal processes set.
• Role will involve end to end quality of sampling.
• Share feedback and comments with the Reporting Manager, Sourcing and Design Team.
• Will also need to conduct Warehouse checks on a periodic basis.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and prepare reports.
• The role will entail traveling and he / she will be expected to guide internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
• Ensure adherence to processes at all times and stages of garment sampling till production.
