Job Description

Qualifications:

  • The candidate must be having experience with OM Sai Payroll software.
  • The candidate must be having experience working in a garment manufacturing export house.
  • The candidate must be knowing the procedure and experience to get all audits done.
  • This vacancy is only applicable for immediate joiners.

 

Responsibilities

  • Making SOP, KPIs and other metrics for monitoring
  • Making performance reports for all departments
  • Making HR budget, cost analysis of hiring, cost per hire, etc
  • Revenue per employee
  • Employee rating and potential
  • Develop and implement new HR strategies

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Proven experience in conducting performance and appraisal management, additionally must be knowing how to come up with a foolproof monitoring system to track the productivity of all employees on the day to day basis
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Fluent or Native in English
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
