Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English and Personality Development Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language skills and facilitating personality development programs aimed at enhancing students’ communication abilities, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Teach English language skills (grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking).
– Facilitate personality development sessions (communication, confidence, leadership).
– Develop course materials according to student needs.
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
– Offer individual coaching for personalized student development.
– Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure active student engagement.
– Provide career guidance on professional skills.
– Stay updated on trends in language teaching and personality development.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
– Certification in English language teaching is an advantage.
– Proven experience in teaching English and/or conducting personality development workshops.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their potential.
