We are Looking for Merchandising Manager at our GIVA -Bangalore Location.

Title : Manager

Experience : 4-5 years
Profile : Online Merchandising ( Silver )
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement online merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure merchandising strategies meet sales and revenue goals
Analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on merchandising performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization
Work closely with the product development, inventory, and creative teams to ensure alignment between online merchandising efforts and overall business objectives
Responsible for a healthy stock turn and stock availability to ensure maximum sale with no stock outs at the Online Channel
Inventory Management through OTB workings and a track of Supply
Alignment with the Supply team to ensure timely inward of stock
Returns and Overall Inventory Management

NOTE:- The budget for this role is 10 LPA and we are looking for Short Joiners for this role
