Designation: Assistant Manager Logistics – Exports

 

Experience: 6-11 Years

 

Qualification: Graduation

 

Location: Arekere, Bengaluru

 

Industry: Garment Manufacturing

 

Roles and responsibilities of Assistant Manager – Logistics

  • Tracking the CFS movements from the factory and on-time handover at the CFS
  • Placing the indent with the CHA for CY load containers
  • Carrier booking followup with the forwarder and sharing with CHA for the pickup & followup thereafter
  • Tracking the stuffed CY containers gate-in and late despatches from the factory
  • Tracking the signed E-FCR/BL/AWB/SWB copy with the forwarders
  • Tracking the pending FI date, missouts and final packing lists with the factory
  • Inaction with the forwarder, buyer, CHA & buying office on the day-to-day activities
  • E-Seal RFID portal updation for CY containers
